Imposter Syndrome – What Is It and How Does It Effect Us?

This workshop will be hosted by Wellbeing In the Arts.

You may have heard of imposter syndrome but do you know what it is? Are you a working class artist who feels like they don’t belong where you are? Do you ever feel like you are about to be ‘found out’?

This event will take place over Zoom from 10:30am - 12:00pm (BST) on 15th of May 2022 .
This is a FREE event but you must RSVP beforehand to secure your slot and receive the zoom link.

This workshop, led by Counsellor Lindsay Dobson, who grew up in a working class family herself, will explore those thoughts and feelings, and offer some suggestions on helping to change how you see imposter syndrome and the effect it has on your career.

Those who attend the session will also be able to access a FREE 1:1 session with a wellbeing advisor to further explore some of the issues discussed in the workshop

There are no expectations or obligations for those who would like to attend, you can take part in the discussions or simply listen, and you can have your camera on or off.
