Voice Workshop: General American Accent

from £12.00

This event will take place over Zoom from 1:30pm - 3pm (BST) on 19th June 2022 .

General American Accent Workshop!

“With so much work coming from America, it is one accent that all actors can’t afford not to be able to perform.”

How good is your General American Accent?

Having a truthful General American accent is one of the most important accents for any actor.

It is the accent that allows you to sound distinctly American, but not regionally specific, as well as being a great launch pad for learning other American accents.

By breaking down the sounds, mastering placement and intonation, you will learn to make the necessary adjustments to your voice. This course will provide you with a solid understanding of the essential changes you need to make and ensure you have the knowledge required to sound more convincing.
