How can your characters be more true to life?
In this interactive workshop, led by Jon Barton you will learn about creating three dimensional characters and how to get better at demonstrating their inner life.

Jon Barton is a screenwriter represented by Berlin Associates, with ten years’ experience as a dramatist, writing continuing drama for the BBC. He has worked with the likes of The Old Vic and The Almeida, and has screen work under option at Northern Ireland Screen and Netflix UK.
He is also part of the BFI Network x BAFTA Crew 2021 programme.

This workshop involves exercises so please bring something to write on.
Each session will also begin with a brief introduction of yourselves and where you feel you are at in your career. You are encouraged to have your video on display.
